Terms of Service

The following is a list of terms that apply when using College Girl Cleaning Service. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions or concerns prior to scheduling.

Pricing:
College Girl Cleaning Service reserves the right to add additional charges to the final price of cleanings considered  heavier and/or inaccurate in the description of the cleaning submitted at booking, online or over the phone. To state it simply, if we quote you for a 1400sf general cleaning but arrive to a 2200sf move-out cleaning, additional charges will be added. Also, we reserve the right to either deny or require additional payment for homes deemed to require more work than a standard home of that size would, unless previously disclosed to us before arrival. To play if safe, please reiterate the exact type of cleaning you require and the proper dimensions of the property, and please remember for us to be able to perform our job properly you should leave the property uncluttered. We will clean a few dishes or remove some items off the floor for you. We cannot properly clean a floor covered with so much debris it cannot be seen. You will always be notified prior to any change in price. Prices changing are rare; 99% of the time you will pay the exact price quoted.

Recurring Services:
You receive discounted rates for repeat service.  However, multiple cancellations of service (i.e. you receive a bi-weekly rate but cancel every other cleaning, making it a monthly cleaning) will result in a higher rate . We understand life happens and you may occasionally need to skip a cleaning. This should be the exception and not the rule, however.

Right of Refusal:
College Girl Cleaning Service retains the right to turn down any job for any reason. College Girl Cleaning Service will always attempt to resolve any issues before refusal of service. We value the safety of our cleaners; and if they are not comfortable in your home we are not comfortable with them being there.

Complaints/Money Back Guarantee:
Please note that all complaints and redo requests must be called in and/or emailed to College Girl Cleaning Service within 48 hours from the completion of the initial cleaning service. You may report complaints and redo requests through our Customer Satisfaction Team by email or phone. Please make sure you include the time and date of service, your name, your address serviced, and contact information (phone and email address) as well as a detailed description of the complaint.

Pets:
Please secure all pets in  traveling crates / kennels or have them confined in a secure location. College Girl Cleaning Service is pet friendly and will treat all pets as we treat your home, with the utmost care and respect. We cannot, however, be responsible for them getting out if unsecured.

Changing Time and Date of Service: 
Please call College Girl Cleaning Service (407)879-7763 (Florida) or (720)465-9695 or email us if you wish to change the time or date of your service. Please do not attempt to change the time and/or date directly with the cleaner, as this could result in a schedule conflict due to the maids already having another accepted dispatch during that time frame.

Additional Fees:

1. Lock Out Fee: You will be charged a $30.00 fee if our team arrives to the cleaning location provided by you and cannot access the premises. We will make every attempt to contact you and work something out to gain access before this happens. You must either be home to let the maids inside or inform us prior to the cleaning how the maids will gain access (key, neighbor, etc…)

2. Late Cancellation Fee: You will be charged a $25.00 fee if you cancel a cleaning less than 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled to occur. We will consider waiving this fee due to extenuating circumstances beyond your control on an individual basis.  Cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance will not have any additional fees associated with the service.

3. Return Credit Card or Check Fee: You will be charged a $30.00 fee for every failed check or credit card transaction. This includes but is not limited to returned checks, declined payments, and non-sufficient fund charges.

Damaged Items:
If we cause any damage to your property during your cleaning, a report must be emailed within 48 hours after the date of service. To submit a report, please send an email with the following information:

What exactly was damaged.
What is the Fair Market Value of the damaged or broken item.
Photos showing the damage on the item.

Unfortunately, if a report is not filed within 48 hours of the time of service we will be unable to file a claim and thus cannot pay, or fix, or refund for damages caused, due to the damage potentially caused by a number of sources aside our cleaners.
